It looks rather obvious that the Turkish parliaments vote, rather emphatic at that, was purely window dressing.

I never believed that Turkey , by joining the coalition against ISIS, had any intention of confronting these savages whom I believe Turkey supports actively.

I hope the West, and in particular the USA, face reality and understand that Turkey's military would loathe any action against their "relatives".

Despite everything, the USA continues to work with and support the criminal AKP regime - and come on, US intelligence is well informed and knows a lot more than the tabloid press prints - so they must still consider that their usefulness outweighs their disadvantages.

So today Turkey has openly supported ISIS by bombing the Kurds for them. Whilst Obama stands idly by ...

Global capital has made big investments in Turkey over the past decade or so, and trusts the AKP to look after its interests, as it has so far unwaveringly done.

What big investments? There's nothing that Turkey has that cannot be had from European countries.

The only ones I know that support Turkey by selling off their goods are Marks and Spencer, Waitrose and Sainsbury's clothes. However, I have been doing spot checks and all these have reduced their Turkish-made products recently (especially Sainsbury's - keep up the good work).

What does Turkey offer that India, Indonesia or China don't?

when it comes my one cell brained neanderthal dwarf, terggy has resources both human and material, cheap hard working skilled educated labour at the doorstep of the eu with a special relationship to export all she can master. if they could they would even export you bedragullimmmu alla nobloodybody wants you. they have to pay somebody to take you but even then cannot find anybody to take you at a cheap price.
