Do you speak Greek, puffik? I take it that you don't.

In the video I posted (1st post), he is asked why he's a great actor and he replies all Greeks are actors. Then he saids that the reason for his success is his Greek heritage.

There are many great actors of many ethnic origins, Greek, Jewish, English, American, etc., that is in part why I question the link between his Greekness and his acting skills, where while I enjoyed Kojak, like so much of US TV I never saw it as the high point of thespianist art.

He is important because of his success in Hollywood."a Greek American actor played parts next to Clint Eastwood, Marlon Brando, Charles Bronson and many other Hollywood movie stars. He is important because he never hid his Greekness and I bet you many of today's Greek American actors, writers were inspired by him... He is equally important to Greek Cypriots because at the second annual Ahepa congress he gave his speech and spoke of the injustice of the Turkish invasion of Cyprus and where he declared " today I'm a Cypriot too"... Who loves you baby?....that phrase is part of Tge American culture and most importantly many young Greek Americans men have used it to get laid...that's why Telly savalas is important..the end

The world is burning and they’re worrying about Kojak’s “greekness”!

Pathetic…

Yeh, we have friggin lunatics chopping people's heads off and trying to wipe out entire populations of SHIA, Assyrian Christians, Turkmen and Kurds.

It's bloody lucky that some countries won't sit back and watch this happen. You however are a very sick individual to use this as part of your anti America crusade. I suggest you go see a Psychologist or just go on a holiday to Paphos again and take some time out to smell the roses and spot a few Paphian Mouflon and then think about the 250 poor Syrian Soldiers that were forced to lay in a ditch and get a friggin bullet in the head. It doesn't matter to me that they were Syrian Soldiers. They did not deserve to die. They were captured soldiers and had every right to be treated as per the Geneva Convention and with dignity. That is what would have happened if the were captured by the Americans. They are legal combatants of a sovereign country.

While your at it, think of the 700 Shia from Mosul that had the same treatment in the Iraqi Desert.
