The litmus test is whether the UK Parliament or UK Government at large accuse of war crimes.

In fact, another litmus test would be if any government around the world accuses Israel of war crimes other than Turkey or Qatar. Surely someone has. Maybe Russia or China, or maybe not.

Well your superior education should be good enough for you to understand that the kidnappings had very little to do with Israel's Military action against Gaza.

The objective of the operations was always to destroy the underground tunnels and destroy Hamas Rockets, weapons and communications. The ultimate goal is to destroy Hamas.

France has not made any claims of any War Crimes and Genocide like you have. In fact you will find that hardly no country has made such accusations. France, as well as most countries recognize that Israel's right to defend itself against attack is 'absolute'. Those are the words of France's Foreign Affairs Minister.

They have only condemned the loss of life and you will find that even the US, UK, Australia and Israel's biggest supporters have done this. It's only natural.
