Personally, I don't see why Israel is so quick to slam it. They are investigating possible violations and war crimes from both sides.

For example, military action in Gaza which resulted in the loss of innocent life (women and children) either accidentally or as a result of Hamas storing rockets at Schools, hospitals, and refugee camps is not a war crime on Israel's behalf but a possible war crime by Hamas.

The deliberate and intentional bombing of a residential area without due cause (non military targets) such as any place where Hamas military activity has not been detected or where there are no weapons stored, may be deemed a war crime on Israel's behalf. But to prove this, it is important to establish intent.

The panel can only apply the Geneva Convention on such matters, and if that is the case, then Hamas has more to fear from the panel.

I think you need to practice what you preach and read the Geneva convention.

GR makes a good point in trying to prove that the Americans created ISIS...create a fanatical Muslim group that wants to instill sharia law then the western powers come in and destroy them. Who looks like the hero and who looks like the bad guy. It's worked before why not try it again.

They did not create them. If you do the research, ISIS had very strong links to Al Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden, but are opposed to Al Qaeda in Iraq and the Kurds.

The were instrumental in fighting Syrian Government Forces in Syria, but the US did not support them there either. In fact, Australia is gunning for something like 75 to 150 citizens (they have not disclosed the number) Australian Citizens. One posted photos on the internet holding 2 heads of captured Syrian soldiers (disgusted).

We will need to kill them, so they can't come back to Australia.
