If the Island that House's the Dominican Republic and Haiti (two States) can work effectively, why can't the Island of Cyprus do the same with "Cyprus" and "Northern Cyprus"? There are now many questions being thrown at Ban Ki Moon regarding alternatives to a BBF consisting of Two Cosntituent states after Chrysostomou's recent "Never" Rant and Turkey raising the question of Annexatino at a recent meeting between state heads.
Turkey, never seen before since 1974, is demanding answers regarding the future of the Cyprus Conflict after Dervis Eroglu was Summoned to give a FULL report in Ankara in frollowing weeks. Pressure is mounting on UN Gen Secretary after Ankara's outburst on the 20th July that "enough is enough!".

Viewpoint: Have you heard anything about this at your end, and many people in Cyprus have recently taken part in a private pole on this very question wheer over 51% said that they would be happy with being affiliated with the Turkish State due to a non-Cyprus agreement?
We know that Ercan Airport is now being expanded to accommodate International flight to be used by Turkish Airways (as a stop over), while there are also apparently 4 other airlines from Turkey now to be given head offices in Lefkosa for the use of Ercan as their "Main" airport. This is breaking news as Turket has never advocated this in the past.
