I’m baffled… I won't even mention your Jewish source or the anomaly of quoting an “Egyptian” criticizing Palestinians and praising Israel!
The point is that Hamas don't really care about the civilian casualties but use this catastrophe to gain political mileage.
You will see that it's probably only a matter of days before Israel withdraws (sooner the better as far as I am concerned) but Hamas will just continue.
