1) I looked up the 2013-2014 season and it seems that even though we had no Champion League games that season your highest attendance for the season was 18080 and Apoel's was 18800. So much for the bigger club there then. If you can dig out any total attendance for the season then you'll find Apoel is the bigger club again.

When the Australian Teams are picking up million dollar transfers and pay the players 30000 per game, then you get the quality Dutch, Spanish and British signings. How do they do it? Because its a massive industry supported by tv rights and gambling.

Further to this, some of our Soccer Stadiums are actually 50,000 all seaters. I went to the Australian Open 2 years ago and they were building one in the shape of a soccer ball just opposite Rod Laver Arena which is right next to the MCG which is a 100,000 all seater.
