Where to stay if yo udo not want to burden relatives and want to see more than one plce?

That is the question.

In Greece they have the ubiquitous "rent rooms", what is the Cypriot equivalent?

Or is it better to book a package just for the low price and forget about moving about?

Well, been there and came back and I will answer my own question. Finding accomodation is harder than in most places. Cyprus caters mostly to package holidays and owner occupiers. Forget trying to find a room like on the Greek islands. I used to make fun of the "Red Rooms" thing in Greece, not any more!
