Signs that Turkey is getting ready to recognise an independent Kurdish state in the north of ex-Iraq:

Vice-president of the ruling AKP, Hüseyin Çelik, has said, “Their name is Kurdistan and this must be accepted” and “If Iraq is divided, and this appears to be inevitable, they are our brother.”

Many immigrants, including many of their off springs not only detest our way of life but want to establish their brand of culture which would take Britain back to medieval times.

Misguided and brainwashed, mentally raped individuals who consider their culture as supreme have the same option I had and still have. Back to their own countries, don't like it, out you go.

The vast majority by large are peaceful law abiding citizens and want nothing to do with the extremists who one day will wreak havoc in Britain with devastating consequences. Four such fanatics brought London to a standstill in July 2005 causing 52 deaths, including their useless selves, and 700 injuries, imagine what 100 such fanatics would do.

The UK has now, I believe, elevated the risk posed by extremists to the highest level , I just hope its not too late, time will tell.

" In an interview with the Portuguese newspaper Público a month after the 2004 Madrid train bombings, Syrian-born cleric Omar Bakri Muhammad warned that "a very well-organised" London-based group which he called "al-Qaeda Europe" was "on the verge of launching a big operation. In December 2004, Bakri vowed that, if Western governments did not change their policies, Muslims would give them "a 9/11, day after day after day."

They are real risks, not imaginary, anyone in denial is a fool.

There is no denial you stupid prick  FFS how many times does it have to be said before you get it in your thick head?

Jihadists bad.........can't put it any simpler and still you rant like a mad man. Cause and effect, as insan has put it is the intellectual question asked but then why include you in such matters

Nikos might chose to wait and see how turkey is divided up before making up his mind

The israelis might have different ideas as to regards to turkey....just remember israel pulls us strings....

BTW....the honourable resident drop kick might want to expand how many countries recognise the occupied when he says "by a few more countries" implying some already do...

In the caption on a photo accompanying this article, the reliably dimwitted Daily Mail writes: “Nearly 200 Subway branches across the UK and Ireland have cut out ham and bacon, selling only halal meat, in response to demand from their multicultural customers.”

You could have been a share holder of subways...

"The Islamization of Britain gallops on: “Subway removes ham and bacon from nearly 200 stores after ‘strong demand’ from Muslims who can only eat halal meat,” by Lizzie Parry, Daily Mail, April 30, 2014"

What this has to do with the topic God only knows!

Yes the west is more than willing to accommodate for a wide variety of dietary needs. Even airlines ask you of your dietary requirements, whether it be Vegetarian, Vegan or Halal, or just give you a made to order meal. The West is also willing to accommodate Islamic cultural and religious needs for the many thousands that migrate to those countries.

The same can not be said of Christian Minorities in Islamic Countries. I bet the Islamic State do not look at the dietary, cultural, or religious needs of those minorities. No of course not.

If you ask me, Halal Meat should be outlawed because I place a greater emphasis on a quick, swift and as painless slaughter of the animal as is possible and I place this as a higher priority over the dietary needs of Muslims, but the UK, US and Australia don't see it that way. If you ask me, Australia and the US should ban live exports to Islamic Countries, even Turkey! Either they buy the meat processed or nothing at all.

I'm expecting to see Turkey cede a small amount of territory in return for a free-trade deal with the new oil-rich Kurdistan. Turkey will lose a bit of poor, mountainous terrain that can barely even support a few sheep and in return its metal bashing and civil engineering companies will get a slice of the business as Kurdistan's oil infrastructure is built up and its other companies, especially banks and retailers, will be able to move in. That's the carrot. Just my guess.
