The person who suffered serious injury last night, believed to be Syrian, has unfortunately now passed away. The cause of the death appears to have been a home-made pipe bomb thrown by demonstrators.

He is off to Germany soon to rally support from Turkish Germans and all German political parties are not happy about it.

Angry miners have marched from Soma to the regional headquarters of the miners’ union. They are calling for the union officials to resign. The police prevented them from entering the building. The regional chairman of the union, Tamer Küçükgencay, appeared and announced that he was resigning, but the protesting workers are calling for everybody to resign.

Obviously this union was on the take to close its eyes and mouth, how else could such poor working conditions prevail. I thought that, that what unions were for.

The whole country is just one big corrupt criminal dictatorship state, and they want them in the EU??? God help us all if they ever achieved this.

Turkish democracy gets more advanced by the day.

Today, Sultan Erdogans advisor, Mr Yusuf "the kicker" Yerkel is still on duty after being dismissed from his previously non-existent position.

Its a jungle in there.
