Turkish murderer Sefer Calinak asked to leave Luck of the Draw TV show after revealing convictions for killing wife and subsequent partner

Sefer Calinak served prison sentences for each of the murders and was released under an amnesty programme.
A man who appeared on a Turkish television dating show in search of a new partner shocked the audience by revealing he had murdered his first wife and a subsequent lover.

Sefer Calinak, 62, told Flash TV's Luck of the Draw programme that he had served prison sentences for each of the murders and had been released under an amnesty programme.

"I'm an honest person looking for a new wife," he told the show. He said he killed his wife because he was irritated by her behaviour and later on murdered a partner because he thought she was after his money.

Calinak was asked to leave the show by the host, prompting applause from the studio audience, in an episode which made headlines in Turkish newspapers.

About the murderer story:
THAT COULD BE A HUGE SOCIOLOGICAL TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION.

I mean
a)look at the guy, he NEVER regretted, he even thinks he did the RIGHT thing.
b)He thinks he paid for his crime and most probably also thinks that as long as he "paid" he can do it again!!
c)The whole legal system, that allowed a convicted TWICE murderer get out of jail instead of serving for life.
d)The TV host who apologetically asked him to leave the show instead of demanding it and calling the security to throw him out!

And so many other points.

That expression on his face is seriously scary (and I don't mean because he has those Turko-Asian features). It's more the smugness, the pride that conveys total self-belief in what he has done. Truly psychopathic.

I guess Ski-preo might be trying to demonstrate the complete banality of the reaction by the host/interviewer with the inclusion of another banal feature of selecting favourite Turkish songs.

- I don't know what's more worrisome now. The psychopath or the reaction of the interviewer/culture that is immune to the severity of such things.
