Only those that step out of line and try and bash a much smaller and weaker community. You must admit that the GCs cannot cause problems only because they are so exposed to EU scrutiny and to the view of the World at large. Add to that the TA staring down on them this ensure our safety. Without their presence hate to think what you guys would invent to gest back at us.

Come on boulio you can be honest with me however much you want to show bravado the TA is enough to keep the South in check and therefore ensure that a peaceful existence continues on this island as its been the case for the last 40 years. Better than times when you GCs were allowed to run riot all over the island.

If the TA's embarrassing attempt to resupply the Tomb of Suleyman Shah in Syria today is anything to go by, the TA would have trouble getting from Nic to Tseri. ... though who in their right mind would want to get to Tseri...???

What so fanatical about stating you were previously (pre 1974) running riot all over the island, the period up until the 1974 was not avery peaceful one, after 1974 we have lived peacefully side by side for 40 years, you cannot deny this fact. We also want to live peacefully bring up our children and grandchildren but without safeguards to everyone in check like the TA would only take us back to pre 1974, so please understand we do not want this and will never accept such a move, this would be a bad move for everyone.

20 million visitors to South Cyprus on an average of 150euros a pop mounts up to 3 billion Euros, not bad me thinks. And we all know that GCs spend the minimum when they visit North Cyprus so who benefits is obvious.
