Which server seems to have a problem? I can access them without any problems. Thats strange ...

There is a lot of useful info there, try to connect to them using another ISP .. maybe from an internet cafe or a friends house? Are you accessing this from home or work?

Still having problems accesing that site.I can get into the government of Cyprus o.k but when I try to access the following site www.mfa.gov.cy/mfa.nst/OverseasandRepatriated I can't get in. Also tried www.orc.gov.cy/ but the same thing. Will keep trying different ways or as you said , another computer.Thanks

I can access orc.gov.cy ok ...
Try using a proxy:
http://www.the-cloak.com/login.html

Go to the above page and enter the address you want at the http:// input field.

But i wonder why you can't access that site directly! Are you accessing it from your home or work? I know some work places ban pages that contain things that they don't want their employees to look at, but it is really strange that you can't access this site. Maybe you should let them know.

When the proxy address that I gave you stops working (since its just a free trial) you can try this also:
http://www.anonymizer.ru/ (enter the addreess at the top input box).

I'm trying to access these sites from home-I was just reading up when as you said my time run out! Couldn't get in on the other site or by just trying directly.Frustrated!!!!

I would suggest to contact your ISP and complain about this. Probably they are the ones that couse the problem.
