True, but it still does not invalidate other treaties.

Ukraine also, as a sovereign entity, can't have its territory violated and if it is it is a violation of international law. Iraq, Afghanistan too!

Just to be clear the treaty of guarantee and the treaty of establishment were and separate (if interrelated) treaties. There is nothing in the treaty of establishment that links the establishment (of sbas) to an obligation to guarantee the sovereign integrity of the RoC on the UK. Nor does the treaty of guarantee place an obligation on the UK, Turkey or Greece to guarantee the RoC sovereignty. It grants them the option, but not obligation, to intervene jointly or unilaterally to protect the sovereignty and constitutional order of the RoC.

Just to be accurate.

Of course unilaterally deciding, after signing them, that certain aspects of international agreements are unfair and acting as if they are therefore not binding is somewhat of a habit for some GC historically.

Lucky Tc's hey?

They went from a roaming ottoman community, to apartheid to stealing more than a third of Cyprus and the private property of a couple of hundred thousand GC's . Still believing they are equal partners through apartheid structures when no one recognizes them, all with Turkeys guns and being fed through an umbilical cord.

You should be proud.

There is the factual reality of what is in the 60's agreements and then there is generic race based propaganda stereotyping. I know which of these two I am posting about.

True, but it still does not invalidate other treaties.

I can accept everyone getting out of the Ukraine and respecting its territorial integrity but the US mainly with the EU, who are stupid enough to get involved do not live by the laws they expect everyone else to adhere to.

That is not entirely true!

Even in Iraq and Afghanistan their territorial integrity and sovereignty were restored which is not the case with Ossetia and not Russia's intentions for Ukraine.
