The Turkish army leaves, I think this is a given.
The settlers should leave and will after a period of time too. In the meantime, I think they can be turned into an asset. They can work on a temporary basis and pay rent to the original property owner. who will decide on the terms of the tenancy agreement, how much is paid or when the property is vacated or if it is sold and for how much. All those businesses in the occupied areas will also start paying corporate tax, bar those that need to be shut down. They can all pay taxes and help the RoC get back on its feet and contribute to repaying its debts to international lenders. Again, the RoC will decide when or if these work permits get renewed. I don't even think the majority of them will be able to afford to live in Cyprus.
The RoC has always maintained the property rights of the TC's.
