Cyprus is directly a member of the EU.

The EU deal with the Republic of Cyprus, directly.

Who cares, overstay is wasting his and everyone else's time if he thinks he can negotiate directly with the EU and on his terms. He has to comply with the EU aquis.

A body which is not impartial because they accepted a divided island into its ranks.

So?

Is it the EU's fault that Turkey occupies Cyprus and the 'TC leadership' are impartial to apartheid and other illegalities on the island?

Its the EUs fault and now their problem because they saw the picture a divided island yet still proceeded now they can not claim to be impartial, its ridiculous.

They are not impartial VP, they are following their own aquis and international law and expect Ozerstay to do the same.

If Ozersay did this, the Turkish occupation of Cyprus would come to an end, democracy and EU law will prevail and those that got dispossessed would get their property back.

But Ozerstay does not want this. he doesn't want democracy, the EU or to let people have their property back. He just wants the EU to cooperate with pseudo authorities and open their wallet to an illegal entity controlled by Turkey.

So you now agree that the EU is not impartial be it good or bad? then you agree with Özersay.

I agree that the EU is not impartial but this does not mean I have to agree with Ozersay. The EU's impartiality is right and correct, Ozersay's is wrong and incorrect.

But you do agree with Özersay, he claims they are not impartial and so do you...that makes them a party which is never acceptable in negotiations as it brings about an unfiar advantage to one side. Thats why you see no problems because its favors your side.

NO, I completely disagree with Ozersay and completely agree with the EU.

The EU are treating the TC's fairly but Ozersay is not treating the EU or the GC's fairly at all.

Make up your mind you just stated for everyone to read the EU cannot be impartial because you are a member and a side to the Cyprus problem, thats the exact same thing that Özersay is saying...so you agree bloody hell its not rocket science. The point you make excuses for is that act in your favor so of course you claim they are right.
