Ozersay says "No" to the EU - bunch of Jokers!

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

No one can reason with individuals who want the capitulation of the north and TCs, extremists should be ignored, they are a waste of time and undesirable, its this element that will never motivate TCs towards a solution.

In the discussions regarding the central bank in a solution the question was asked by the GC negotiator, what will happen when this bi-communal board of the central bank they propose does not agree. The TC's immediately responded by saying "then it naturally goes to the executive and the decision making mechanisms involved in that.

The GC negotiator had to remind the TC's once more that we are an EU member state and not a kiosk, and that Central Banks need to be an independent entity from the executive. Understandably the TC negotiator agreed due to EU regulation. There will be many of these examples that the TC's will find while negotiating and you can't blame them. They've been running something resembling a corrupted non-profit organisation with HQ's in a village. Not that there's less corruption on the govt controlled area...its just that our corruption is official and internationally recognized.

now theres a food for thought. nothing you will do in the south will effect the north in any way. get it.

gavole isasidin delya gurukelles mavroyerimo naminede.

you will govern you and we will govern ourselves till further notice one way or the other. decision in the central bank affecting the north will be taken by northeners in the bank. it really is not rocket science. and then you can open the shop for coffee. ennamas bovgalede roofgane.

Has Ozersay also said no to EU 'financial assistance' to the occupied areas?

Really time the EU pulled the plug on these leeches.

Very strange argument. Is Ozersay unaware that the EU acquis has only been suspended in the occupied areas pending a solution? Does he really think that the Turkish Cypriots can pick and choose which EU laws suit them?

It's sad that TC 'politicians' are lacking in seriousness and intelligence. It must be like trying to negotiate with a chimpanzee.

Cyprus is directly a member of the EU.

The EU deal with the Republic of Cyprus, directly.

Who cares, overstay is wasting his and everyone else's time if he thinks he can negotiate directly with the EU and on his terms. He has to comply with the EU aquis.

A body which is not impartial because they accepted a divided island into its ranks.

So?

Is it the EU's fault that Turkey occupies Cyprus and the 'TC leadership' are impartial to apartheid and other illegalities on the island?
