A busload of people missing!

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Or is it simpler to blame the Turks for these killings also and call the murdered "missing persons"?
Cyprus is a small island and surely it shouldn't have been a problem to identify the people responsible for these killings.
When i mention this to my GC friends and ask why?? they prefer to keep silent...like the authorities..

So i dont have any faith that the GC people withholding information about the faith of missing TC's will ever come forward, they wont even do it for the missing GC's....very sad but thats the fact..

Nothing in life is worse than not knowing wht happened to ur beloved ones, I have also heard tht some GCs were taken to the prisons in Turkey. If it is true than I m really very sorry about those people who keep silent in both sides and I wonder how they sleep at nights :(

i believe the gc are doing alot to improve the comunication with the turkish side for instance the bringing down of the wall. the missing person issue is somewhat different what about the young boy of 5 who was said to have died, but there was news of him being alive in turkey no one will help the gc with this so i guess its backwards and forward arguments. to say that in 74 gc killed gc there is photographic evidence of them being captured and taken away but where are they now? what about tassos isacc and solomous, how can this be justified... in my eyes it cannot. you dont see malicious attacks from the gc do you??

As a non Cypriot your knowledge on the history of the island is very limited so i suggest you keep to the topics you are good at...

carleen, with all due respect, you are married to a GC. Had you been married to a TC you would have been singing a different tune. You would also have been eating Hellim as opposed to Halloumi.

Your knowledge of CY history is no match to Iceman. Your husband tells you want you want to hear. He is in denial and economical with the truth.

to be honest with you i would never have married a tc i could have found thousends of them in england but my parents would have disowned me. i dont always listen to my husband he is not in denial at all,i know he has a family member missing but to be trueful which most people arnt he doesnt dislike turkish or tc he has met many who want the same as him. he sees what everyone else sees not just gc but the whole world, my history wont match iceman on his side as we dont know know what goes on over there as so many lies are being told no one seems to get the truth nowadays. Put yourself in a sad gc shoes think about it your country your loved ones what would you do lay back and let it happen or fight for the things you love, i may be yound but i am certainly not thick on this situation.
