Thanks. Just for the record, I think ELAM do a disservice to the cause they think they represent. I disagree fundamentally with Talat but trying to stop him from speaking in a debate is just ridiculous. It just detracts from the content of his speech - which plenty of people were disappointed by anyway.

I don't know what their motives are. But they are a tiny thuggish minority who don't deserve the attention they are getting. Unfortunately, the media are only too willing to sensationalise any incident which only encourages them further and makes them feel more important than they really are.

What will these universities teach to their students? How to invade a small country usurp its citizens rights kill its citizens and build a university in the dead zone. His plan is to build a university in the buffer zone that will teach propoganda in Greek, English and Turkish. also to build a park where children from both sides can meet and play to understand each other but have seperate apolitical spheres across the divide. And to lift the embargoes.
