If you're gonna to try and tell it, do the research and do the work, rather than lazily copying some tiny fraction of the story from the Colonial Era Beeb (of all sources!) and do try and tell it as it is.

What's with defending your Turkish friends with a lazy and tiny fraction of current events claiming that Turkey is war-mongering, an account that detracts from the real and much bigger picture.... ???

Turkey is already at War "g"IG... a deadly proxy war to further its ambitions on the border with Syria, paying, supporting and supplying its Islamist friends to do the dirty work.

Would it surprise any of us if Mad Erdogan got up to more stunts to boost AKP support...???

... on top of Turkish covert support for some of the more unsavoury of the "rebels" including those attacking Christian Armenians of the town of Kessab, who are fleeing their town with what they can carry at this very mo.

... and on top of the ultimate Turkish Ambition, to annex a swathe of sovereign Syrian territory along the whole of the border.

... now, that would guarantee Erdy re-election for life.
