The above is a contradictory statement.

Lets break it down.

"The Black Box has been located"........ (fact)

"With a high degree of certainty" ........(possibly)

So, which is, because it cannot be both!

it's like chess .It's the excitement of the search and the satisfaction that you thought of it.
That's the only reason I participate in this topic.

BRAKING NEWS: A Russian newspaper says the Plane is in Afganistan and all passengers are alive!

Hmm this story keeps coming up. Very strange!
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news ... ve-3219331

a Russian newspaper, quoting an 'intelligence source', is claiming that MH370 was hijacked by "unknown terrorists" and flown to Afghanistan.

At the same time, I seriously doubt the Australian Government would be making big statements if it were not true.

It is also obvious, if you follow Marine Traffic, that the ships have certainly found something which they believe is the Black Box. They have been fixated on the same now very small area for days.

I also believe Australia and the US knew exactly where MH370 crashed from the 11th of March, but could not admit to it.

I challenge you to do an experiment. Have a look at Marine Traffic or try and find out if there were any Australian warships in the area where they located the Black Box signals.

Basically people all of you have been taken for a ride.

Plus you all deserve it. I told you what I thought many weeks ago. I know exactly what their capabilities are. JORN is the most advance radar system in the world and has a range of well over 6000 kms from the Australian Coast. Their spy Satellites not only can listen to your phone calls, hack your emails, IP Addresses, look at you whilst taking a skinny dip in your pool, but they can track missiles, aircraft and ships.

And on top of that, Australia just scored a Free Trade Agreement with China! SUCKERS!

Do some research on PINE GAP! This is one of the biggest and most secret spy bases in the world!

Officially it is "the black box has been located with a high degree of certainty". They won't say more than this until they are on the ocean floor with the wreckage detected. They are no idiots either.

It means what it means exactly!

Unofficially, they know exactly where it is and I am certain that they will retrieve it.

I ve caught him many times lacking basic logic.
For him
A:Set of man made devices emitting identical signals: {Divers Beacons, beacons planted on purpose, MH370 black boxes, ...}
Conclusion: received signals are from MH370 black boxes with high degree of certainty.

At best he will excuse his paranoia based on officialdom.

They are preparing to launch the submersible if not tomorrow but the day after.

Swell to 1m tomorrow may delay the deployment.

Looks like they are taking the search to the ocean floor!

So obvious they know where it is because they would not launch the submersible otherwise.

I've been telling you all along and yet you still insist.

Never mind, you just continue to ignore and stick to your wild conspiracy fantasies whilst the Aussies continue to solve this mystery. You are out of league! :D

- Can we make a list of everything we know or is confirmed, so far?

So far:

1. The flight was deliberately diverted.

2. Its communication systems manually switched off.

3. No new electronic pings have been heard since April 8th (and even those were unconfirmed as genuine).

They have detected pings on 4 occasions and they did say that the ELT was fading. The data was analyzed by HMS Echo which has specialist kit on board.

The signals were consistent and the Authorities are very confident that they are within kms of the Black Box and are preparing to launch the submersible. These are the facts.

They simply cannot confirm 100% but the statements from Australia's Prime Minister and from the Commander of HMS Echo (today) they believe they have the Black Box. It simply can't be anything else.

Also, what they are not revealing is if the AP-3C Orions have detected the signal from launching their own Sonars which I might add are extremely sophisticated and expensive kit. These crews are highly trained in detected Submarines and their equipment is very sensitive and protected.
