I have to totally agree with your suspicions here. Looking at his body language, I was immediately reminded of people held hostage and having to read out what they were told to say whilst all the while knowing something else.

(BTW - RIP to all the people who were on that ill-fated plane and condolences to their grieving families, who I suspect shall never see closure.)

Because they will not give false hope.

They never said that they have detected the Black Box but multiple signals consistent with a Black Box.

Sorry but I do not follow! I only know the basics about CVR and FDR. But the Emergency Locator Transmitters can last up to 60 days or even more.

Mind you at the moment it's more likely that the plane was abducted by aliens, than some of the theories....and this wild goose chase :roll:
