Yes we know about Guantanamo but what else are they to do with Al Qaeda Prisoners. They are not classified as legal combatants and there is no process within the legal system to prosecute.

Torture is a crime that the US Military does not condone, but things like water boarding is not gonna kill anyone. it's just scary because you could drown.

Anyway, this is about NK. So start your own thread about the US! :lol:
