Yes, this is what Kanli is talking about when he says that none of Ankara's 'red lines' are included in the statement.

Seems that the prohibition of secession and the primacy of the federal Supreme court were also included in the face of opposition from Eroglu.

Looks like Eroglu's arm has been twisted.

Press is full of reports that he has agreed the Draft Agreement.

Talks to re-start on Monday.
