Do you know what right of ownership is?
it is I WHO OWN something who will decide what to do with it, not YOU who holds it illegally because someone gave you points at a Denktashes supermarket, and you believed him.
And by the way be prepared for Turkey to kiss you goodbye, because SHE DOESN"T WANT TO BE YOUR PATRON ANYMORE.

again too late. you will find decision at eu level was made. house belongs to you and you can sell it. unless you were older than 14 years old when you last lived there it is not your home and has no automatic return right.

you must have heard the decisions made by echr. bloody hell.

That isn't what Pres A has ever said. What he has said is that he is insisting for a majority to return.

he said no such thing, the question was about all refugees to their homes by one of your bum chums over at gc pretending to be lobby for cyprus fascist group you are administering charluimu. the question was very specific and and the answere very short. nope he said not practical after all these years.

when it comes to majority return, i agree with you they should be able to but it is too late. 2004 you had it and refused. now all you will get is varosa. omorfo is out and i suspect most of the villages below magusa highway too.

I think Eroglu will put on a show for us similar to Bagis. Davutoglu and Erdogan are going to start blasting and slamming the EU, and now maybe the US and otherwise stay true to form.

The 'settlement' must benefit, be just and viable for the GC and TC. The TC federated state will take on all assets and all liabilities of the GC federated state, and vise versa.

The more people that can go back to their homes and by respecting everyone's right to property, the less that will be paid out in compensation. Where are you or we going to find this new money from?

Are you putting the interests of those who are out to exploit the situation first?

maximuimmu i wish it was possible that all were able to return, and if makarios did not veto it all would have returned in 1972. be that as it may, we have to use eu law and eu rights. or at least thats what you boys used to say. dont tell me you have changed your minds about that now.

Lordo

You are not answering my question but you might want to reconsider who the EU considers to be legal in Cyprus and who is considered not.

Don't make the huge mistake of digesting the Manure that Eroglu has been feeding you Bordo... he's been written out of matters, only a question of time before he resigns on health grounds and takes the false promises he's made with him.

Why are you all jumping the gun, nothing has been put forward on properties yet but your leader is right we all have to be practical, if Yorgos/Hasans land is available he will automatically get it back but if something has been built on it he will be compensated or given land options elsewhere of similar value.

There is a lot to think about VP.

How would you feel about taking on the debt of the GC federated state?

How do you feel about converting your money in to euro's and using the euro banking system?

The federal treasury would have to address the debt issue if there is any surplus form the north state then why not?

We will convert to Euro after a transition period for TRL.

We will be part of the EU banking system because after transition periods our banking system will be governed by the federal central bank which it tied the EU.
