Yeah …we did! It is all nonsense or better, ...rubbish! RoC court's jurisdiction and UK public policy! Rubbish! I will be very happy if these will be all the arguments of the Oram's lawyers in the UK. The UK has a public policy that goes vertically against the ECHR, UN Charter, the EU aqui and another EU member country's constitution and laws. What a silly argument!

The ORAMS know that the north is occupied when they bought there nice cheap home that is built on stolen greek cypriot land.
Cyprus forum members should show there support for the legal owner of this land Meletios Apostolides and contact those greedy british & cyprus based estate agents to complain about the illegal sale of our land and property.
Let them know that what they are doing is wrong, email, phone or write to these scumbags or walk in to there offices and confront these estate agents.

You may not agree with it, Kifeas, but it is there, in writing, in black and white, and it says what you just said it says. If you want to pretend that it's not there or will be ignored because it's silly, then I'm thankful you're not my lawyer

Why don't you use your voice and passions to influence the people who may be able to make a difference - your politicians? Otherwise you will just eat yourself up with your bitterness and achieve nothing meaningful.

As a person born in England, with Turkish freinds and having moved to cyprus and having fantastic Greek Cypriot freinds now, I can see all different sides of this horrible situation and feel sorry for all involved.

What people need to do is stop living life through the rear view mirror. So much hurt and anguish was caused by both sides in different ways that apportioning blame and constantly raking over the past is counterproductive.

Either there will be a seachange in people's attitudes (unlikely) or the passage of time and new generations without first-hand memory of suffering will have to mend the bridges.

Abusive are the actions of the developers who make a fortune out of selling our land to the foreigners.
Abusive is the behavior of all those who buy our land despite the fact that they are aware of the illegality of such actions.
Abusive is the exploitation of our stolen land.

Cannot wait for my case, my turn to the court defending my land.

If I'm not mistaken you have said that you work for the Intelligence Service, right?
Now you say that you work for the Turkish motherland...who are you? Mata Hari?
Anyway, whoever your employer is if he finds out that you spend too much time in from of your computer he won't like it....

Allow me to ask you though, why a fair compromise is of your interest?
What's behind it? An Anglo with so much interest in Cy problem it's only suspicious, unless that interest is coming out of his bank account
