Does anyone know where the sell (if they do so) Organic Tofu, Tempeh, Vital Wheat Gluten (Gluten Flour, I know the bakeries use it for baking their bread but they said they can't sell any to me) or other vegan stuff? Preferably in Nicosia but will travel to other cities also.

the Chinese grocery shop should still be open. Their opening hours are until 6pm though, M-Sat.

there are several organic shops though e.g. several Etherio shops, a Planet Organic in Makedonitissa etc for general vegan food. Also I recently came across a post on the FB page 'Cyprus Vegetarians and Vegans' which mentioned that the Mitsides office in Dali sells Vital Wheat Gluten.

You can get vegan food in all and any supermarkets. Beans, lentils, horta,fruit, potatoes etc etc etc

Most Greek foodstuffs are vegan. Fasoladha, louvi, olives ....
