Hi guys...

You may recall that there was a bar here in Cyprus. Well, for one reason.. and another and another, we are now closed.

I however had a chef who was very very good. She has all the qualifications, experience and ability not to deserve to be out of work. So if any of you guys know of any possibilities for a chef then let me know. I will vouch for her and supply a good reference.

Thanks you guys... oh and there is no charge for my chef!

Yes.. opened a few months ago. But as they say, as one door closes, another one opens.. and hits you in the face! Just kidding...

Yes, economics, winter, personal etc etc..

So.. anyone looking for a very reliable and competant chef?

Me personally, I am going to be a recluse... still.

You have to look on the bright side !

voyou, the cafe/bar industry is a tough one. New cafe open and close every year.
