Indeed. All that's happened, if you think about it, is that the ball has been put back into the court of Turkey and the TC leadership. It's clear that Anastasiades is not moving, in fact, cannot move to negotiations without a joint commitment. So the only movement can come from the Turkish side. It's up to them to decide if they want to move to talks or not. But on Anastasiades' terms...
