It would seem that Davutoglu thinks the AP is the way forward in the search for a solution to the Cyprus problem.
So much for the psuedo "H"intellectual's inane prattle about "trnc" being recognised.
“Bringing new conditions will create new areas of dispute and we will lose time,” said Davutoğlu at a press conference, adding that everything about Cyprus has been discussed thoroughly and Annan plan is the basis from which things should move forward.
The 2004 Annan plan presents a very comprehensive solution; everything was discussed: what sort of a state there will be, what sort of unification of the island there would be based on what foundations,” said Davutoğlu and added that there are no serious differences of opinion on Cyprus between Turkey and Greece.

Davu has even sort of tried to apologise to the Armenians a bit, so is he going to apologise to 180,000 Greek Cypriots next?
In the first high-level visit from Turkey to Armenia in five years, Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu has said Turkey has never supported deportation, which is an inhumane act and impossible to approve of, referring to the controversial events of 1915.
