There is no analogy today.
Greeks were Greeks because of their racial background. For example, participation in the Olympic Games demanded proof of Greek ancestry. Foreigners could not even visit Greek cities without official invitation from a Greek citizen. And even in that case, they could only stay in the city for a limited time and always accompanied by their Greek guest.
Also, a Greek could not be made, even if he could manage to learn Greek fluently (see Isokrates).
As you see, I provided evidence, whereas you provide your distorted views per usual. Maybe you should start reading some ancient Greek literature, istead of posting nonsense.
