The fact that the cop must weigh about 200 kg attempting to subdue the black dude who looks like a twig in comparison and probably weighs less than half of that, probably played a part.

Almost right ... but the black guy broke his ankle before the Police Officer laid a finger on him ...

I see nothing there which proves that the officer intentionally broke his leg.

The Police Officer's body language says it all. He was completely surprised by the leg-jerking reaction (resulting in the leg pain) of the black guy who then fell on the floor. It wasn't till after this event that the MADD officer knelt over him when he (black guy) fell to the ground. Police officer wasn't near enough before. Bloody impossible to break someone's leg, so easily and neatly at the ankle, whilst they are standing up (ankle wouldn't make much noise anyway, so "crack" was from car) ... and, from this footage, the black guy appears to have broken his leg slamming it into the car, standing up, before he ended up on the ground screaming that his leg was broken.

He is wearing tennis shoe., They have good grip on concrete. His foot could have been firmly planted in the same position and without it being able to move naturally while falling to the ground. falling in an awkward position, he will dislocate his leg or ankle joints.

For example, If you fall awkwardly on skies and they don't come apart from the boot, you could potential do serious damage to your leg joints.

How can this be a set up?

You can't contrived this even if you tried. Simple conclusions are, police officers stopped 3 Blacks and asked for their papers. One of the Blacks (the one that broke his leg) made a massive scene and did not cooperate with the Officers. Then, he either kicked a car and broke his leg, or his leg was broken when one of the Officers was trying to arrest him. The Officers were not violent towards him, and "racial profiling" is a farce. We know this in the US, UK and Australia, and now Cyprus is about to find out the hard way. Even if the police dare to look at a Black, they are racist.

Next time think twice whenever the likes of you or Get Real do something so stupid again. It's kind of like poetic justice, since I firmly believe that US, UK and Australian Police are probably the least racist in the world. Enjoy!

There is no need for ELAM.

All the RoC needs to do is detect and prevent all illegal immigrants from arriving in Cyprus and that is a lot more easily achieved than people think. A few drones, a couple of patrol boats and strict laws will do the trick and let all the human rights people scream all they want.
