The usual diversionary bs. This is a Cyprus forum. For those of us who live here Let's get our own arses in to gear and solve our problems before we worry about elsewhere.

If you live in the UK and are genuinely concerned then yes complain there.

Just got back from Cyprus. Had not been back for years. Big surprise to see middle aged men walking dogs in the Pedieos park, a lady with a poodle being served INSIDE a cafe in Larnaca. My cousin owning four cats, two parrots and a chihuahua.

Pet craziness taking over as in all of the West, pet food companies gotta make a living too you know. Just check out Mars shares and business model sometime. It will be an eye opener. They are raking in billions.

There is a VERY BIG difference between sadistic sociopathic cruelty which exists everywhere, and the culturally accepted means of animal cruelty such as the trapping of songbirds in Cyprus. These are clearly very different!

A petition would try to put an end to these activities.

So keep your colonial baggage to yourself. It's about time you lot entered the 21st century because the colonial era ended in 1960. Time to move on don't you think?
