I don't know any Cypriots who have sold off land for many years. I have never sold anything. Selling stopped long ago among the people I know. A few developers bought-up some years ago and they are the ones who have built the "enclaves". A lot of land was RoC land too. The big chunks that used to be developed with hundreds of little villas for Brits nowadays remain as big chunks which are bought by Russians for the odd one giant villa or Spa. That's preferable, surely?
