You said it yourself, Turkey is not there for the TCs, why don't you complain to the UN/EU/UK/USA? You just want the best of both worlds, Turkeys blood money on the one and the RoC EU membership on the other. Like leeches sucking blood from the host.
I'm sick of hearing your constant cry baby stories, get off your sorry arses and be heard, oh you can't cos your puppet master will stop feeding you, so much for VP's living in tranquility, and safety and all that BS.

No bombs went off and no snipper bullets were fired today as was the case when you were in charge....in comparison the TRNC is heaven.

The TMT terrorists who were setting off bombs in Cyprus and forcing TCs into enclaves have no reason to terrorise the population today. Denktash and his terrorists wanted Turkey to invade and achieved their aim.

In response to what exactly? eoka terrorists of shooting people in the back and demand we give away Cyprus to Greece!!!!

So you decided to give the north of the island to Turkey instead!

VP, you sound like a dancing bear with a chain around its neck. Turkey pays the piper and calls the tune...

So tell us, are you going to pay your electricity bill or join the boycott?

So it was OK when you want to give the whole island but not when you feel that we are giving 37% to Turkey...do you know how silly that sounds demon? please get a grip. You made mistakes and this is the price you pay and if the TRNC a dancing bear as you put it is ours then we are more than will to pay it as the alternative is unthinkable.

Instead of worrying about my electricity bills why not worry about the money you lost in your savings.

Better a dancing bear than a dead one.

Ours is still cheaper than yours.

Is that a Turkish slogan? 'Servitude is Better than Death'?

Well seeing as no-one pays for their electricity in the occupied areas, I'd have to agree with you.

Well ordinary CYs up there are expected to pay not just their bills but also the bills of "trnc", of Turkish "Businesses" and of EVKAF.

Are Turkish Hotels and Brothels, the illegal airport at Occupied Tymbou as well as the fantastically well-endowed EVKAF foundation so suffering from "isolations" they can't pay their bills...???

More a case they can ignore their bills knowing "trnc" will get the ordinary CYs up there to pick up the tab.

A report from the occupied areas on how badly this price rise has gone down:

Turkish Cypriots protest sharp electricity tariff increase

NICOSIA – A total of 59 trade unions making up the Platform of Unions, are scheduled to deliver a notice and leave a black wreath at the “prime ministry” and the Turkish “embassy” in protest of the sharp electricity tariff increase today. The unions argue that the increase is part of the economic protocol signed with Turkey.

In a press joint press conference yesterday, the Turkish Cypriot Hotel Owners Association and the Turkish Cypriot Tourism Agencies Association described the decision to increase electricity tariffs as a “decision lacking any economic reason” and also demanded that it is cancelled.

Different circles on the social media have been calling on the people to refuse to pay their electricity bills in response to the increase. Recently, the “government” in the northern part of Cyprus had announced an 18 per cent to 29 per cent increase in electricity tariffs.

On the other hand, “prime minister” Özkan Yorgancıoğlu, stated today that the decision to increase the electricity tariffs was not an easy decision. He added that the country would be left in darkness if they had not increased the tariffs. “We were forced to take this decision to prevent a disaster,” said Yorgancıoğlu.

So tell us freely if you agree with those who plan to boycott paying their electricity bill...
