No milti, the applications have to be sent off, it was Spain for a while, but it's the UK now.

Best way is the correct way...Through the British High Commision in Nicosia, having said a few colleagues have managed to get it done for less cost by sorting it out while back in the UK, personally I like to know where my passport(s) are at all times so for the sake of a few €'s I and my family do it the correct way.
