"trnc" and Eroglu are digging themselves deeper and deeper in to the hole of their Two Peoples Two Countries Intransigence.

Here are some statements made by the Turkish Collaborator Eroglu today, as reported by Baycrap...

'''... Highlighting the unbreakable bond that existed between the two countries, "president" Derviş Eroğlu said that the two countries were inseparable..." (the two 'countries" he's referring to are "trnc" and Turkey)

"... The "president" said that under the current circumstances it had become inevitable for the Turkish Cypriot people to go its own way..."

Let no one be in any doubt that the Intransigence is all Eroglu's with his insistence on Two Peoples hence Two Countries and with his refusal to agree to a joint statement before the talks resume which defines the end-game, a statement which contains the very simple phrase...

"... a single sovereignty and international personality and a single citizenship..."

The Agent for Turkey Eroglu has to go or some of you bums have to find a way to sideline him.

This is the issue. As long as Eroglu sticks to his ‘two-states’ mantra and refuses to sign and accept the UN resolutions and EU acquis as the basis for re-unification, then there is no point in wasting our time trying to accommodate him in 'peace' talks. It would just be wasting everyone’s time.

Even more Intransigence and double meanings from the Turkish Collaborator Eroglu of "trnc" reported in Kibris...

This is what Eroglu is reported as saying today...

"... Eroglu said that the time for an agreement in Cyprus has come and claimed that the Turkish Cypriot side is ready for “a new partnership”, which will have a bi-communal, bi-zonal federal structure based on political equality. Eroglu said that the “partnership state” which will be established, will be formed by two “founding states” of equal status and will have one seat at the United Nations, one identity in the international arena and a single citizenship. At the same time, he argued, the founding states will be able to “act sovereignly” and will have the right of granting “internal citizenship”...."

So on the one hand the Turkish Agent is saying there will be a single seat at the UN, a single identity and in the next sentence he says there will be a second kind of arrangement which will allow the zones to "act sovereignly".

He then talks about a "single citizenship" and then contradicts himself immediately by saying there will be a second kind of citizenship, this "internal citizenship" ...!!!

In the light of these comments, we can all guess which near-Partitionist Goal this chap has as Turkey's Final Destination.
