I think the Roc is not stalling but actually being very thorough and this actually has more to do with downers behavior with the fact that the roc wants EU involvement on a substantial basis in the talks also with the fact that the roc wanted downer to relay the roc request for ammohostos as a icebreaker.and that he basically sabotaged the request.

And the world has been watching the "Turks" for the past 40 years ignore resolution after resolution.

It was OK for the "Turks" to kick up a stink and boycott Cyprus 6 month EU presidency wasn't it? No-one was watching then were they? Its OK for the "Turks" to speak on your behalf and dictate what's what, isn't it?

If Cyprus and the Greek Cypriots are a small inconsequential irrelevance, then the Turkish Cypriots are a relative nothing.
