I don’t know about others but I ceased recognizing TC London/Zurich rights for four main reasons:
1. They were undemocratic colonial rubbish signed under duress to begin with and in total contravention to the 1960 UN international decolonization law.
2. In 1963 they declared them null and void and abandoned them themselves.
3. In 1974 Greece, followed by Turkey completely violated them making them null and void.
4. In 1983 they completely obliterated them further with the “TRNC” declaration.
Therefore, I for one have no further interest in the Zurich agreements and as far as I’m concerned they’re history and buried.
In summary, any rights they were wrongly given have been completely bulldozed by all and sundry including themselves.

Absolutely correct, we should start from scratch and base a future Cyprus Constitution on what should have happened in 1960 in line with international law and conventions. Cyprus's future should not be determined by what outsiders wanted in colonial days nor what Turkey has achieved by armed force and colonisation. The majority of Cypriots were crapped on from a great height in 1960, they were forced to drink from a poisoned chalice and yet they are blamed for not accepting illegal and unfair solutions like the Annan Plan.
The Cyprus problem will not be solved until the international community acknowledges the injustice that was the Zurich Agreement and makes a sincere effort to counter Turkey's hold on the island.
