Grabbing a quick week in the only place that feels like home ....... The sun is shining , my Cypriot friends are all healthy and happy,the sea is shimmering away from my balcony, the fisherman still pass my house twice a day, the souvla is ( as usual) excellent, I've picked my own figs,lemons,tangerines, the sea is still warm enough to swim oh and did I mention the sun is shining.

I've travelled a lot ( USA , Korea, Holland, Germany and more ) since July when I was last here, bought a house in the UK, and will be spending the rest of the year in America ..... I may even be moving to Houston ( awful place IMHO ) , however...... I've been nowhere that feels better to me than Cyprus .

Just wish I could be here longer but business calls ....... Next stop Philadelphia , Pittsburgh ,New York, Cleveland , Knoxville , Memphis , Tulsa , Dallas , Houston , Denver , Casper and back to Boston before I get back to the Uk in late December .

Long live Cyprus ...... A jewel in a topaz sea and where my heart now lies ..... I'm proud to be English but this is my home now .
