Can you suggest a good property lawyer?

I have some family who need to update & vary leases for two commercial properties. Has anyone had a good experience with a property lawyer recently?

They are hoping a trip can be avoided if possible.

I have recently started using them, Louise Zambartas is member of UK Law Society and on the Brish High Commission list of "approved" lawyers.
