On a more serious note I do not think that the law will provide automatic protection to criminals where by we cannot criticise their criminal conduct, I.e. E.g the blatent promotion of under sex etc. indeed there is evidently still a right to be critical of those who promote activities which expose minors to harm.

The co-chair of the Greens/European Free Alliance in the European Parliament, Daniel Cohn-Bendit, has called for the outlawing of Golden Dawn. In a statement made to the press he said: “In a democracy, when a political party contains a military group responsible for violence, assaults, and murder, it is a big reason but also an obligation to ban this party”

Who exactly is this flamboyant and eccentric Daniel Cohn Bendit condemning Golden Dawn? In a book released in 1975, titled Le Grand Bazar (The Grand Bazaar), Mr Cohn Bendit writes of his experience as a Leftist activist in Germany working in the Karl-Marx-Buchhandlung bookshop, while simultaneously running a kindergarten for children between 5 and 8 years of age. A quote from the book confessing his grooming and sexual abuse of children is as follows :

“My flirtations with all children soon acquired a definitely erotic character. I could sense how young girls aged five had already learned how to get off with me…”

“On several occasions certain kids would open my fly and start to stroke me. I reacted differently according to circumstances, but their desire posed a problem for me. I asked them: “Why don’t you play together? Why have you chosen me, and not the other kids?” But if they insisted, I caressed them still.” Daniel Cohn-Bendit, 1975, Le Grand Bazar

In a 1982 interview broadcast on French television, Cohn Bendit stated that he finds it wonderful when a 5 year old girl begins to undress, and that it is a “crazy love game”. Cohn-Bendit continued to dodge the numerous accusations of pedophilia lodged against him, with a letter written by some of the parents whose children were reportedly present in the kindergarten released in 2001, claiming there was no sexual assault, and they were sure Cohn Bendit did not their molest children.

But this line of defense was then debunked: the author and initiator of the defense letter, Mrs. Thea Vogel, later told German media that she had written the letter for political purposes (to defend Cohn-Bendit against mounting accusations of child molestation regarding events 26 years earlier), that in fact she had never read the controversial passages in his book, and that her son never even attended the kindergarten where Cohn-Bendit reported his “erotic experiences”. The whole letter was a scam!

Regardless of these revelations, the accusations of pedophilia (which he has not directly denied or condemned) against him are covered by an outrageous veil of mystery, which does not seem to be of interest to the main regulators and “ethicists” of the European Union. What is true and proven for sure, is that Cohn-Bendit’s Green party in Germany agitated for years to normalize and legalize pedophilia, incest, and beastiality, along of course with homosexuality. Cohn-Bendit has made statements referring to the sexualization of small children as part of the Freudian/Marcusian “sexual revolution” of 1968,

It is time to take a hard look at the individuals who today are sitting in judgment, utilizing fallacy and slander, of Golden Dawn. Beware of those who hide beneath the cloak of “human rights” and masquerade as “ecologists”, as these European Union elites railing against Golden Dawn often have biographies rife with extreme mental perversions and unspeakable acts of cruelty against the most innocent and defenseless.

Does this make the accusations against GD and or its leadership any less true?

Btw I find Cohn-Bendit's politics as obnoxious as GD and if he has committed sexual offences involving children he deserves locking up, too.

Sounds like a voice of reason to me and hence a good bloke.

Fact is, there are millions around the globe that will support this opinion and agree that if a party descended to criminal violent acts, assaults and murder in their own countries, they would want the same action from the Authorities as what Greece did.
