Well the Government has to make money from somewhere and they need to balance the books.

They signed up to the Troika and now they have to go through with it in the hope that the Troika Plan will balance the budget by whatever date was set.

The only other viable option which is now long gone was Siriza's policy of controlled default and Grexit.

However, as I have been bleating for a while, GD have to emulate their sister Nationalist parties like UKIP and the Conservatives (stay away from Norwegian and French ones), wear nice suits and smile a lot, and then they can re-surface in the full spectrum of democracy to protect Greece from illegal immigrants and foreign meddling.

Good luck revamping the party with some more personable characters that can speak with balance and keep their hands to themselves.

Britain does not have a major problem like Greece and perhaps Norway do.

Whatever the Greek Government does will mean very little to Norway or any other country for that matter.

What Greece is doing sends no messages but it does express that the Government of Greece is taking this fascist movement and its criminal activities very seriously and is taking steps to stop things from getting worse.

If a Political Party in Norway is also engaged in criminal stand over tactics such as what we have seen from GD, then the Authorities there can do what Greece is doing.

In the end, Greece deserves a great deal of praise.
