I think it's the TCs who will get the electric shock. Direct talks with Turkey mean only one thing - Turkey is about to dump on the TCs big time. Don't be surprised if Turkey offers to return a large slice of the occupied territory in return for a legitimate presencein the north. Outnumbered by settlers and carpetbaggers where will the displaced TCs go - they certainly won't be welcome in the newly constituted southern state.
