Anastasiades needs to make up his mind.

Is he the president of the ROC or is he a community leader?

You cannot possibly be both.

He is the President, which is why representatives of the communities will be the ones meeting and not himself.

I think it's a very good development, the Greek govt and the tc rep.will have little to talk about but just one thing. The Greek govt will basically tell the tc rep that any agreement must be acceptable with EU norms.

I'm sure the gc negotiator and turkey will have much much more to talk about!

...so now you are beginning to get my point; and if there must be a Turkish Constituency, why not other Cypriot Constituencies?

...and if there is Equality, as in Individual Rights, being Bicommunal, why not equality as Persons?

repulse lets remind you yet again that its the GCs who oppose this idea, they will never give up what they stole to share equally with TCs.

We read this morning that the GCs yet again reject a meeting with all parties concerned, what arent we suprised? what have the got to be scared of when they claim they want to talk with Turkey, isnt this their opportunity.

I read a very interesting 'book' yesterday, documenting the vast amount in the north of churches, monasteries, icons and relics that have been destroyed, converted(sacrilegious)... stolen from, and sold off illegally.

In the book, it also documented the mount of mosques in the south which have had money spent on them to get restored with sympathy. This, so that people with faith can be treated with equality.

Using this as an example, doesn't it show a greatly obvious one sided 'equality', and blatantly obvious example of 'stealing', which also leads one to realise why GCs are so damn worried about TCs and their idea of equality. They don't exactly hold their side very equally do they?
When one side shows how they can adopt equality and openly embrace it, but the other shows selfishness and inequality...its a little unbalanced.
