This one is straight out of Erdogan's Joke Book...

Having got nowhere at the Eurovision Song Contest, Turkey has withdrawn from it and the State Broadcaster TRT has set up the alternative called "Turkvision", in which some 20 countries with turkic minorities will participate later this year.

There is no reference to an entry from everyone's favourite Occupied Areas of "trnc" mentioned.

Turkey is nearly 10X bigger than Greece and 70X bigger than Cyprus. So, even if Turkey had won 10 times it would only have equalised with Greece.
