Anatolian barbarism at its maximum:

Greece most dangerous place in the world for Brit women

Greece was today branded the most dangerous place for female travellers in the world after it emerged 41 British women have been raped there so far this year.
Horrified police revealed there had been a shocking surge in attacks and conceded that they were headed for a 'record' by the end of the season.
The statistics make Greece by far the most rape-prone country for British holidaymakers on the planet.
An Athens security police official said: 'The figure of 41 officially reported British rape victims so far is the worst ever in Greek police records.

'At the present rate it is bound to break all previous records and will again give Greece the unenviable record of having the largest number of British rape victims, both in real figures but especially proportionately to the British tourism population.'
By September 15, the official end of the peak season, the number of British rape victims will almost certainly surpass the all-time record of 48 in 2005-06.
Earlier this week, the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office released British Behaviour Abroad, which revealed soaring numbers of U.K. nationals were getting into trouble overseas.
It also detailed rapes abroad.
According to the official figures, between mid-2006 and mid-2007, 29 and 28 British women were raped in Spainand Greece respectively.
However, since Spain received 17million British tourists over that period compared to only 3million in Greece, that means that the rape figure in Greece – proportionately to the British tourist population – is five and a half times higher than in Spain and by far the highest in the world.

For sure. But "stpier" thinks these individual murders equalize with some 2 Million people who suffered systematic state-sponsored genocide based on their being Armenian or Greek in order to remove them from their lands of thousands of years to make room for the nomads with an identity crisis, aka "turks".

As a Cypriot I’m only interested in the Ottoman genocide of Cypriots (1571..1878) but the Greeks and Armenians will have to fight their own battles on their own forums. We've got enough of our own problems to worry about.

As I said, you are too limited to make the necessary connections. Fortunately, the RoC is plugging away at ALL these very relevant arguments.

No they are not, and you lot should MOVE to a Greek forum because you are wasting our bandwidth and drowning out our very real CYPRIOT issues which is what this forum is all about… Cyprus!

The Armenians have their own forums to argue their case/s, the Greeks have their own and so do the Syrians and every other country in the region.

To each his own.

Anatolian Paros:

15-year-old tourist on Paros Island beaten and probably raped

The case with a 15-year-old girl who was found beaten, half-naked and in a coma on one of the most famous beaches on the island of Paros nine days ago, is taking a different course. Several hours later, the girl was transferred by helicopter to Attikon Hospital in the Athenian suburb of Haidari, with a severe cranial-cerebral trauma. Since then and until today the victim has been in the intensive care ward but doctors are not giving any prognoses about the probability of partial or complete recovery. They define her condition as critical but stable and under control.

The opinion of forensic doctor Nikos Kalogrias that he has found traces of a man's semen over the girl's swimsuit and body, changes completely the course of the investigation and the previous suggestions that she had fallen on the rocks and her serious injuries were a result from the fall.

The version on which investigating authorities have been working since yesterday, is that the victim had met a man at the place where she was later found. Meanwhile, the toxicology and histology results are still expected, because, according to sources, during the first examination the forensic doctor found no signs of sexual abuse. The other fact giving reason to suspect an attack is that the girl's phone was not found either on the beach, or in the sea. The mother claims that it had stopped ringing shortly before finding her daughter.

I am actually beginning to like you Get Real :o If only you would stop being racist against all Turks (just like me who constantly fights not to be racist against all Greeks or Kurds) :)

I agree that mainland Greeks, Armenians and Turks should solve their own problems without polluting a Cyprus Forum, where many TCs and GCs have long been trying to find a way to live together, with a Cypriot identity. Most of the good people who wrote in this forum since 2006 have since left the forum and it has turned into a funky horror show by weirdos including nationalist fanatics, unnatural sexual relationship seekers and ELAM scum!

Look at all the ballacks that is still coming up in this thread! Who gives a fluck what they do to tourists or women in Turkey, Greece or Armenia. Are there no forums in these countries where they can bring these to their own communities' attention. I believe the forum admin and moderators should ban all posts or threads that seek to address such issues outside the scope of a "Cyprus Forum" - OR rename it to that of a "KurdishTurkishArmenianGreek Hate Forum"

Human Rights Watch has accused Greek police of racial profiling, arbitrary detention and physical and verbal abuse of immigrants in a scathing new report. All are in violation European Union regulations, and disobey international human rights conventions.

The report by the international advocacy group, titled ‘Unwelcome Guests’, focuses on Operation Xenios Zeus, a radical police initiative commenced in August last year under which 85,000 suspected illegal immigrants have been detained and taken to police stations to have their visas checked.

It says the operation is not only illegal, but also ineffective, with only 6 per cent of those detained found to be in breach of immigration law.

“Police mistreatment of migrants and asylum seekers is a longstanding, serious problem in Greece,” said Eva Cossé, the author of the report.

Well you ALL (lovers of Cyprus) need to do your part and fight off these intruders whose sole purpose is to disrupt Cypriot matters by wasting our time with their typical “Greece vs Turkey” nitpicking crap.

I can’t be the only one fighting for this God forsaken country!

Greece most dangerous place in the world for Brit women

Greece was today branded the most dangerous place for female travellers in the world after it emerged 41 British women have been raped there so far this year.

You forgot a small detail. How very convenient: Who commits the rapes in Greece? The locals or other partying Brits and other tourists?

Malia 2013: Three British girls raped in a week in notorious Crete party resort
29 Jul 2013 08:00
UK women are spending their holidays worrying about sex attacks amid claims that three have been raped in the past seven days.
But on a night out this weekend, the Mirror discovered the fear of violence was being outweighed by that of rape – as it is in other popular seaside resorts across the Mediterranean.
Locals claim police are turning a blind eye to the attacks, leading to vigilante justice, and many victims do not even bother to report attacks or were too drunk to remember the details. Londoner Nikki Howarth, who manages Malia’s Candy Club bar, is warning girls to stick together.
Nikky Howarth
The 27-year-old said: “You always get fights in Malia but what is worrying me at the moment is the rapes. I’m telling girls to be careful because we have had three rapes in the last week.
“One British girl was set upon by three Israeli guys. She went home the next day. Most girls don’t even report it.” Lauren Traynor, 20, of Gainsborough, Lincs, who promotes a bar, added: “The threat of rape is always hanging over you here. You hear stories about it all the time.
“One of the girls this week was found being raped by a stranger in one of the nightclubs by two bouncers.
“But they know the cops won’t do anything, so they took him to the ¬mountains, beat him up and left him.”…………..

…………The 19-year-old said a group of British men attacked her, but the loud music drowned out her desperate screams for help. Lauren added: “I heard the DJ make some joke about girls being welcome up on stage but only if they took their clothes off.
“As I was standing near the stage steps looking for my friends, five or six guys dragged me up and towards the back.
“They started pawing at me and pulling at my clothes. I heard them talking and laughing, egging each other on.”
