Every country does have a Northern, Southern, Eastern, Western and Central part, but ONLY independent and sovereign countries have North or South in front of it and when VP talks about "North Cyprus", that's what he means, an independent sovereign country (in his dreams, of course ), so show me on any reputable map that states "North Cyprus" on it if you can.
