Island wide "Cypriotism" never developed for reason we constantly debate on this forum, older generations have to understand that the old Cyprus does not exist today....you messed up big time. Perching yourself on a high horse serves no purpose but only perprtuates and reconfirms that division 39 years of it is the best solution. Just compare 1960-1974 vs 1974-2013 the latter is far better than the former, so people really need to get a grip n one will chnage if they cannot clearly see that whats offered is far better than today, we have read or seen nothing to suggest that union would be a better option that division, viewpoints are totally different, the TCs want to share with equal footing whereas the Gcs want to use the numerical advantage to take control of the whole island and force its indigenous population into minority status in their own country........which sounds fair to you?

Thank you for the clarification DT. GR is one of the sensible members on the forum and is still my favourite contributor, I always want to hear what he has to say.

We shared a beer together once you may remember, how about we get together for some real quality Chinese in a couple of weeks? You, GR and your ladies if you like.
