All children deserve an education. Adults have a responsibility to provide children with an education.
This 'school' is failing its children. No matter that its in an illegally occupied state, those kids still deserve the same as any other child in the world. This sort of thing does need exposing, if only to rub in the salt to get rid of the corrupt and illegal regime in the north.

You read of better schools in the poorest areas of Africa!!!

However, coming on this forum and trying to teach granny to suck eggs?

Don't be ridiculous!!!

Ok, so Eric has been a prat and deserves a bollocking for working in an illegal state but I attended the opening of GAU in Canterbury where the Mayor and local authority were conned into attending the opening ceremony because Talat the "president" of "trnc" was going to be there. Despite numerous e-mails and phone calls to his office the Mayor refused to speak to me, I think he knew he'd been conned. These people are very convincing, we should be focussing on the what Eric has said and use it appropriately rather than alienate him completely.

What is more important to the search for justice for Cypriots - the fact that Eric's been a very naughty boy or showing the world that the tinpot regime in the can't even run it's schools properly?

VP, I doubt whether you can talk about "stealing" when in fact more than 160,000 G/Cs had their ancestral lands STOLEN by the invading Turkish army.

Hello do I need to remind you of all people of 1963 and what started 1974? The TCs also had their lands stolen from them through no fault of their own, we all know that the trigger was enosis, we Tcs have not only had our lands stolen by your incompetence to run a country but our recognition as well.....time you gave it back or shared it.

Banks, Courts, Police, in fact ALL so called governement departments.
Instead of kissing the rears of these senile Brits who rushed to "invest" in stolen properties, they are fleecing them right left and center. In fact .
Banks charging exorbitant interest rates, refusing to accept "judgements" given against them, yet these senile fools continue to....fight for justice, fat chance !!

And the south is squeeky clean  ....isnt corruption a Greek word?

True. Which is why Eric should be encouraged to post more of his experience of working in the 'trnc' educational ‘system’. He should also consider approaching journalists who work in the north who would be prepared to publish his allegations. Apart from the poor classroom conditions, being asked to endorse false grades is fraudulent. And then being sacked for it is scandalous.

And in other countries all you have to do is sleep with the professor or pay the large amounts of money to get the grade you want, lets get off our high horse and stop being such hypocrites.....GAÜ is not Harvard and the world knows this so Erics bad experience could have happened in the south where the schools brain wash youngsters to turn into the demons and horses we see on this forum.

We're not interested in your sexual fantasies. Let's stick to the facts please - which is the corruption and fraud at an academic 'institution' operating in the occupied areas.
